Additionally, I refer to “zone tapping points” to tap 10 times on reflexology point. Here are the diagrams of those points:
You may tap each point, with some pressure, 10 times then move on to the next. Notice any immediate changes and then again in 10 minutes.
Pain above the waist tap the wrists, pain below the waist tap the ankle points.
Pain on the front of the body, tap the inside of the wrists and ankles.
Pain on the back of the body, tap the outside of the wrists and ankles.
Pain on the left side, use left extremity, pain on the right side use right extremity.
Finally, I talk about the neuro-lymphatic points for massage. Here are those points, remember not to do more than three at any given session. Massage the points with some pressure, the ones that hurt need attention, this will help diffuse pain as well.
