How to Be More PRESENT this holiday season (and every season!)
Do the holidays make you feel frazzled and stressed out? Whether it’s trying to prepare an epic feast, shop for the perfect gifts, or listen to your distant family members fumble through a conversation -- it can be a huge challenge to stay present and mindful during the holiday season so that you can genuinely enjoy them. Often I hear my clients say that the holidays can through off their ability to be present long after they are over.
My personal trick is to apply the same concepts during these times of joy and stress as you do during meditations or yoga. Throughout this episode, I will take you through each of these steps how to be more present during the holidays and how to stay present beyond this season and into the next.
