FLU SHOT DETOX
After last week’s video – which you can still watch right here. I had so many reach out to say one of a few things: there were of course the “hell no” people around the flu shot, but there were also a fair share of people that had to take the flu shot for work or “oops” had already done it.
With that in mind, I postponed the psoriasis content one more week to bring you this information on detoxing from the flu shot here. HOW TO DETOX FROM THE FLU SHOT

Detox Bath Do this the day after the flu shot or as soon as possible if its already been adminstered.
1lb epsom salt
1 lb baking soda
in a warm bath – stay until water cools
FLU DETOX SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
- 2 cups wild blueberries
- 1/2 small lemon (peeled)
- Large handful of cilantro
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1.5 cups coconut water
- Blend with ice until smooth
- (add banana/dates if needed)
Drink this smoothie 3x the week after your Detox Bath. I recommend M-W-F in the morning on an empty stomach.
Spirulina capsules twice per day. For specifics for you reach out. For children adjust to appropriate dose per weight and add to food if needed (can’t swallow caps). Continue this for an additional 2 weeks.

Bonus Step: Castor Oil + Lemon Pack
Mix the lemon essential oil with the organic castor oil and apply it to the towel. (Described how in the video above) Place it over the liver for approximately 30-40 min. Repeat weekly.
