Keepin’ it simple tonight! When you are eating super clean and you want the crispness of a chip without all the carbs and processed crapola…try these little yummies on! My whole family gobbled them up and they were super easy to make!
Supplies:
Measuring Spoons
Silicone baking mat
Cookie sheet
Cheese grater
Ingredients:
Parmesan Cheese (the real deal–no of that powered shizzle)
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 400.
Shred parmesan cheese.
Use a tablespoon to scoop 1 tbsp of cheese onto the silicone baking mat. (space them about a half inch to inch apart).
Bake for 4-7 minutes. (In playing with this I found that “golden brown” is a little too done, you want them just pre-golden brown).
Transfer to a cooling rack or let cool on the baking sheet.
Enjoy!
We even added a couple on our salad at dinner for a nice crunch!
