Honestly, if you search for psoriasis diets on the interwebs it will pull up 100s of foods you should avoid – and it’s EASY to feel like you can’t eat anything but air and romain lettuce hand washed by bunnies. Not to worry, I am here to give you the truth about the psoriasis diet, what the big triggers I see in my practice (and the research tells us), what you should be adding to your plate, and why it is different for all people with psoriasis (eczema, dermatitis, etc) too, and the truth about celery juice.
As you have likely heard me say over and over again – Psoriasis is NOT a disease of the skin – or even solely of the immune system. These are symptoms of psoriasis with MANY different root causes. Let’s look at how you might remedy this.
