Not to be Debbie Downer here, but did you know that only 6% of New Year's Resolutions stick? I know right?! Super depressing. We start the new year all excited to make all of these new year new me changes and somehow we lose steam. It reminds me of dieting (which may be part of your New Year plan) and the reasons why it doesn't stick either...
The good news is that we know some of the reasons why these resolutions don't stick - its not because we don't have the right intentions...
In fact, it turns out, they don't stick because of the same reason why diets don’t work and why bandaid medicine doesn’t work - because it addresses what you THINK you should be doing - and NOT the root cause or many times even the actual end goal.
